2. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external hosting provider: [name and address of the hosting provider]. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system.
This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after [14] days at the latest, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
3. Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, subject, message and, where applicable, phone number) in order to handle your enquiry and answer any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data from the contact form is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the website. We keep your enquiry as long as necessary to process it and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. up to 7 years under commercial and tax law).
4. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies for analytics, tracking or advertising purposes and does not use any tracking tools. No cookies requiring consent are set for visitors. Technically necessary cookies may only be set in the protected administration area (login of editors). The legal basis for this is § 165 (3) TKG 2021.
Should we use services in the future that require consent, we will obtain it in advance via a cookie notice and update this privacy policy.
5. Fonts
The fonts used on this website (Montserrat, Poppins) are loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other third parties.
6. Links to social networks
Our website links to our profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. Data is only transferred when you click a link and visit the respective platform. The privacy policies of the respective providers (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) apply to data processing on these platforms.
7. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS.
8. Disclosure of data
Your data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary to process your enquiry, if we are legally obliged to do so or if you have expressly consented. Operating this website does not involve any transfer of data to countries outside the EU or the EEA.
